How much does real estate photography cost in Southeast Michigan?
Our residential packages start at $285 (Standard: Listing Photography, Drone Photography, 2D Floor Plan and Marketing Kit + Property Website), $495 (Premium) and $725 (Exclusive). Listing photography on its own starts at $175. Every price is listed in our pricing.
How much does commercial real estate photography cost?
Commercial packages are $340 (Standard: Listing Photography, Drone Photography, 2D Floor Plan and Marketing Kit + Property Website), $445 (Premium, which adds Drone Video and Traffic Report) and $575 (Exclusive, which adds 2D PLUS Floor Plan and Matterport). See commercial real estate photography.
How fast are real estate photos delivered?
Edited photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, through a delivery page you can share from any device. If you need them sooner, Same Day Photo Delivery ($50) gets them to you the day of the shoot.
How soon can a listing be photographed?
We offer next-day availability across Metro Detroit in most cases. You can choose a time and book online.
Are your drone pilots licensed?
Yes. All of our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified, so every aerial shoot is legal and insured.
What is included with every shoot?
Every order includes HDR editing, blue sky replacement on exteriors and a complimentary day-to-dusk (virtual twilight) image. Every residential package also includes a marketing kit and a property website on its own domain.
Do you offer floor plans, 3D tours and video?
Yes. 2D floor plans are $25, 2D PLUS $50 and 3D $85. Zillow 3D Tours start at $100. Video ranges from social media reels ($125) to listing videos ($200), drone video ($150) and FPV fly-throughs ($300). Matterport scans are available for commercial spaces.
Can I pay for listing photos at closing?
Yes. With Pay at Closing you book the full package and pay nothing upfront: we are paid through our partner Titus, and the balance comes out of the closing proceeds when the home sells.
What kinds of commercial property do you photograph?
Retail, office space, medical space, banks, industrial buildings, warehouses, RV and motor home sites and hotels, among others. Commercial Premium and Exclusive packages include a Traffic Report with daily traffic counts, nearby population and businesses.
