A floor plan answers the one question photos can’t, which is how the rooms connect. Buyers can see the size of each room and where the bedrooms sit before they book a showing.

- 2D PLUS is the same layout with more detail and the finishes drawn in
- 3D is a doll house view of the home, with the real flooring, cabinetry and furniture
- Any of the three can be added to any package
Zillow 3D Tour
The Zillow 3D Tour is a separate product. It is an interactive walkthrough that publishes straight to your Zillow listing, so buyers can move through the house themselves.
Many agents order both, the floor plan for the layout and the tour for the walkthrough. The Zillow 3D Tour is included in the Premium and Exclusive residential packages.

How long do floor plans take?
Floor plans are delivered in 24 to 48 hours, alongside or shortly after your photo delivery.
Can I add a floor plan to any package?
Yes. A 2D floor plan is included in the Standard package, 2D PLUS in Premium and 3D in Exclusive, and any of them can be added to any booking.
What is the difference between a floor plan and a Zillow 3D Tour?
A floor plan is a drawn layout with dimensions. A Zillow 3D Tour is an interactive walkthrough that publishes to your Zillow listing. They are separate products and many agents order both.

Yes. Our 2D floor plans include room dimensions so buyers can judge the layout accurately.
Do you produce floor plans for commercial property?
