The location, in numbers

A four- to five-page PDF on the property’s location that you can attach to the listing or hand to a tenant. Every figure comes from a public source, named on the page.

  • Cars per day on the frontage road and nearby freeways, from MDOT counts, and how they have changed
  • Access: distance to the nearest freeway and interchange
  • Who lives and works nearby: population, households, income and jobs within 1, 3 and 5 miles, from the US Census
  • Nearby businesses and national chains within a mile, on a map
  • A summary page of the location’s strengths, written for the property type: retail, office, medical, industrial or land

Book the full media package your listing needs and pay nothing upfront. We’re paid right away through our partner Titus, and your balance comes out of the closing proceeds when the home sells.

What types of commercial property do you photograph?

Retail, industrial, storage facilities, hotels, RV and motor home sites, and more. If you have a commercial property in Southeast Michigan, we can shoot it.

Do you offer drone for commercial listings?

Yes. Every commercial package includes drone photos, and all of our pilots hold an FAA Part 107 license.

Can you provide Matterport scans?

Yes. Matterport scans are available for commercial spaces alongside floor plans and video services.

What is in a Traffic Report?

A four- to five-page PDF on the property’s location: daily traffic counts on the frontage road and nearby freeways (MDOT), distance to the nearest freeway interchange, population, income and jobs within 1, 3 and 5 miles (US Census), the businesses within a mile, and a summary of the location’s strengths for the property type. How is commercial pricing structured?

Commercial packages are $340, $445 and $575, shown under the Commercial tab in the pricing above. For a very large or unusual property, send us the details and we will quote it.
