Just the inside, or just the outside. Agents book it when the interior will not be ready until winter, or when the exterior photos they already have still hold up. You only pay for the half you need: $150.
Not listing until later? Shoot the outside now
This is the reason most people book. If the house will not be ready to list for a few months, we can photograph the outside now, while the yard looks good and the weather is on your side, and you hold the photos until you go live. A home that lists in February can still show green grass and a blue sky.
It also works when the outside has changed. Fresh paint, a new roof, a redone driveway or finished landscaping all date the photos you already have, and the exterior can be reshot on its own without paying for the interior again.

Need the inside reshot, or only the inside?
Two things usually bring people here. The first is a full interior reshoot of a home we have already photographed, after a renovation, new paint, new flooring, or once the staging arrives and the rooms look nothing like they did the first time.
The second is a listing that only needs the inside at all: a condo or a unit in a building whose exterior is already covered, a rental, or a property where the outside cannot be shown well that day.

What is interior / exterior only photography?
It is half of a standard listing shoot: either the inside of the property or the outside, but not both. It is $150, against $175 for a full listing shoot, and everything else about the service is identical: the same photographer, the same HDR editing and the same 24-hour delivery.
When would I book exterior only?
The usual reasons are new construction that is not finished inside, a property being relisted in a different season, or curb appeal that has changed since the last shoot (new landscaping, paint, a roof or a driveway). It is also common when a seller already has usable interior photos and only the outside needs redoing.
When would I book interior only?
Most often for a condo or a unit in a building whose exterior has already been photographed, for a rental, or after a renovation that changed the inside but not the outside. It also comes up when the exterior cannot be shown well on the day because of scaffolding, construction next door or deep snow.
Is the editing the same as a full shoot?
Yes. Every image goes through the same HDR blending and is delivered within 24 hours through the same delivery system and client preview link. Exterior images still include the complimentary blue sky replacement, and an exterior shoot still comes with the free Day-to-Dusk image.
How many photos will I get?
It depends on the size and layout of the property. We photograph everything that needs to be shown on the half you have booked, rather than working to a fixed count.
Can I add drone, floor plans or a Zillow 3D Tour?
