Partial Re-Shoot & Split-Shoot
Two ways to handle a property that can’t be photographed in one visit: come back for what changed, or plan two visits from the start.

Come back for what changed
A partial re-shoot is a return visit for part of a property. Agents book it when a listing didn’t sell last year, the landscaping is finished, a room was painted, or the weather was bad for the exteriors.
You are charged for the return visit rather than a second full shoot, and the new images drop into the same delivery and property website as the originals.
- A room, a floor, or the exteriors
- Merged into your existing gallery
- Same editing standard as the original
- Common for relisting

Plan two visits from the start
A split-shoot is booked when a property can’t be photographed in one visit: tenants in part of the building, a renovation finishing in stages, or exteriors shot while the yard is green and interiors once the home is ready.
We plan both visits up front so the lighting and the look stay consistent across the whole set.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the two?
A partial re-shoot is a return visit for something that changed after the original shoot. A split-shoot is planned in advance, for a property that cannot be captured in one visit.
Will the new photos match the originals?
Yes. Return visits are shot and edited to the same standard, and where possible at a comparable time of day, so the set stays consistent.
How do I arrange one?
Tell us what changed, or what the access constraints are, and we will schedule the return visit and quote it before we book.

Something changed?
Tell us what needs re-shooting and we will schedule the return visit.
