The clearest case is a vacant home, where every room is bare and buyers have nothing to measure against. The next is a room whose purpose is not obvious from a photograph, like a bonus room, a finished basement or a fourth bedroom that could be an office.
It also works when the furniture that is there is dated or oversized and makes the room look smaller than it is.

Each room is furnished to match the property rather than from a single generic set, so a 1950s ranch is not staged like a new build. Scale is matched to the room, and the light and shadows are matched to the photograph.

How it works
Two ways to do it, depending on whether you already know the look you want.
Choose the style when you book
Put the style you want in the order notes, along with the rooms. The staged photos arrive with the rest of your delivery, so there is nothing to chase afterwards.
Or decide once you have seen the photos
If you would rather see the rooms first, your photographer will reach out after the shoot is delivered with the style options. Tell us which one and which rooms, and we re-deliver with the staged images added.

Do you need to re-shoot the property?
No. Virtual staging is produced from the listing photos we already take, so there is nothing extra to schedule.
Which rooms should I stage?
Usually the living room, the primary bedroom, and any room whose use is not obvious when it is empty.
What does virtual staging cost?
It is $15 a photo. Five photos are $60 as a pack, which is what four would cost on their own. If you are staging four rooms, the fifth is free.
How is it ordered?
Virtual staging is added per room. Add it when you book, or reply to your delivery email and tell us which rooms you want staged.
