Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 01, 2025

Welcome to Leverage Real Estate Photography LLC (“Leverage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a shoot, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Leverage provides real estate photography and supporting services, including but not limited to interior/exterior photography, aerial imaging, and editing.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Scheduling: Appointments are typically available as soon as the next day and can be booked through our website.
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon booking unless approved to receive invoices. Any additional services added during a shoot will be billed upon delivery.
  • Price Changes: Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already purchased.

3. Property Access

  • You must ensure the listing agent or homeowner is present or provide an access code.
  • If our team arrives and is denied access, or the property is not ready, a $50 fee may be charged.
  • The original shoot will remain as a credit on the client’s account, which can be used once access is granted or transferred to another property.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
  • If we arrive and cannot shoot due to lack of access or property readiness, a $50 fee applies.

5. Delivery of Photos

  • Final images will be delivered through HDPhotoHub within 24 hours of the shoot’s start time.

6. License & Copyright

  • Ownership: All photographs remain the exclusive property of Leverage Real Estate Photography LLC.
  • Client License: We grant clients a perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered images for marketing the specific property.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell or transfer the images or license to third parties without our written consent.
  • If you sell or transfer the rights, we must approve the transaction and require credit to Leverage Real Estate Photography LLC.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • By booking a shoot, you confirm you have obtained homeowner permission for photography.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the property is ready and staged at the scheduled time.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the shoot.
  • In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the shoot as quickly as possible.

9. Client Accounts & Website Use

  • Clients create accounts on HDPhotoHub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Misuse of the site or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Michigan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
